Critical Time Intervention (CTI)

Critical Time Intervention (CTI) provides short-term case management services to clients who have recently ended their homeless experience. This program is designed to help the most vulnerable individuals increase their quality of life and reduce recidivism.

By strengthening ties to ongoing support services, friends, and family; the program provides emotional and practical support, and advocacy during the critical transition from homelessness to stable housing.
