Our Older Adult Recuperative Care Program highlighted in the video is an initiative to re-open our second floor at the Delonis Center giving those experiencing homelessness a place to rest and recuperate after a medical procedure.

Every day hospital staff are faced with the moral dilemma of discharging patients onto the streets with no place to go.  Together we can change that. Your vote gets us one step closer to bridging the gap from homelessness to recovery to housing.
